Hey Kennysan. I like meeting new people as well especially other old drunks! LoL. My sobriety date is 12/23/2009 from alcohol. I will have 90 days soon! I can't believe it - only cause of God have I been able to remain sober.

Hey Kenny, Brecina here,aka Heather!My home group is the Hope group in Cedar Park,Tx.I have fiteen months of sobriety(this time).I am what some like to call a retread-i would like to say i needed a little more convincing after eighteen months in the program, and as usual I was accomodated with this request(careful for what ya wish for huh!) and knew enough to return to a solution instead of chasing the problem any farther into hell. My sobriety date is 1-14-09 and with God's grace that will not change ever again!

Hey there Brecina...Heather...so glad you decided to join up with us & introduce yourself...It doesn't matter if your a retread or not...What matters is that your sober...Do0n't ever let a label or someone's opinion matter to you...What other people think is none of our business...15 months...That's awesome...please keep coming back...Kenney

Thanx K-I needed that reminder-I spend more time than I would like to addmit worrying about how people peceive me.I am so greatful for Progress not Perfection! Guess it may be a good time to look at how I put other peolple in lil' boxes that are labeled so neatly-gross but at least i can recognize it for what it is.There is so much freedom in simply knowing that I am making progress.
